A home cannot fail our home inspection. A professional home inspection gives you an independent, unbiased view of some of the issues that a home might have. Buying a home is an important investment decision.
Depending on the size and condition of the home, a home inspection will usually take between two - four hours.
The inspection typically includes the systems & components of the home that are accessible such as: attic, roof, electrical, plumbing, water heater, air conditioning, furnace, doors, windows, fireplace, insulation, siding, major appliances, and more.
Once the inspection is completed, we work diligently to produce an inspection report. These are generally 20-40 pages and include some of the photos taken during the inspection.
